The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) is a partnering between then Ministry of Defence (MOD) and Right Management, who are global career development and outplacement specialists.

The CTP provides successful resettlement services for those leaving the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force and Marines. They also operate as an intermediary service for employers wishing to hire Service leavers.

Depending on length of Service, the CTP offer free resettlement Services to all ranks of the UK Armed Forces.
