This licence allows you to work in hotels, cinemas, bars and clubs as well as retail, the opportunites are endless Taught over 7 days. The 4 modules will be explained in detail by our trainer who has been in the industry for nearly 30 years.
These modules cover everything from law to self defence. Even how to de escalate a situation when the customer is angry.
First aid is included as well.
